Threats

So Avis Budget threatens consumers with ITC listing when a vehicle was never rented from them, you ask them for proof that a vehicle was indeed leased they have no proof hereof, the booking was canceled was in advance in December 2020 already, to date they keep sending threats via SMS. So Nicolene White who's details reflect on the threatening sms's to myself whom didn't even have anything to do with Avis (it was my husband) must either find proof that the vehicle was in fact leased and to whom because we didn't collect a vehicle, failure to do so I will report Nicolene as well as Avis to the NCR on Monday morning.
