Third party accident claim with Avis

<p>I was involved in a car accident on the 29 of June, the car that hit me was a rented avis car. The lady that hit me didn't have the right of way, she got into the road from the yellow lane without signaling or making sure that the was anyone coming from behind. She reported the accident to avis and gave me the claim number. I submitted the letter of demand, quotations and accident report case number. When I call to follow up on the matter, they keep on telling me to call again, when i do so, till today there's no progress. They keep on giving me the run around. It's gonna be 2</p> <p>months without a positive responds I'm even thinking of taking the matter to court to claim my losses.</p>
