Think twice if you think of using AVIS, pathetic customer service ever.

Bad service ever,

From delivering my car that was booked for me by my insurance, it was 2 hours late, and the fuel was one bar less from full tank. I returned the car with full tank not even sure will that be taken into consideration when I'm refunded my deposit. speaking of the refund, my deposit hasn't been paid back its now full 2 weeks which was told it takes 5-7 days working when was collecting the car. i followed up no reply to my emails from the refund department. the car was booked from Lanseria branch. if you think of using Avis think twice.
