Think Twice before Renting from Avis They will take your Money
Avis rent a Car in eMalahleni / Witbank. Rented a car online Feb 2, and paid online...BIG MISTAKE. We even went in 2 days before and spoke with Seibu ( Seibusesi) and he said all would be fine...fast forward to 28 Feb 2025, and they would not rent us the car. Then after contacting customer care they pretend like we canceled and wont refund the full amount.
***** ***** *****! They refused any other way to resolve the situation...they TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN ACT LIKE YOU CANCELD! THEN THEY THINK they can ***** most of your money already paid. *****!

Thank you for your feedback.
As the branch could not assist with the vehicle, the reservation needed to be cancelled in order for you to be eligible to receive your refund minus the cancellation fee.
Please be advised that as per the Terms and Conditions, if the reservation is cancelled on the day of checkout, you will be charged a cancellation fee and if the reservation is not cancelled at all you would have forfeited the whole rental amount paid.
Please advise of further details as to the reason the branch could not offer the rental vehicle to you.
