Things seem to only work when you owe them money

I've spoken to several people telephonically now. I've written emails to ********** as well about a car I was charged for, for more than 7 days and we only hired the car for 3 days. No one has assisted me since I sent an email on the 13th of April. When I phoned on the 17th I spoke to Ruan Nagel. He said their mailboxes were full. I must say it's a very long time for that mailbox to be full. I sent him an email as well on the 17th. I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I just want my money returned asap.
