Please ask your attorneys to stop sending me threatning mail. Please refund my money. I am not responsible for the damage on that car. That woman in charge did NOT inspect the vehicle upon collection nor on the return She said she was aware of the damages on that car. That car was damaged when I took it. I asked her for one of the other cars parked there she refused she said they are manual and the one she insisted I take is automatic and especially ordered for me. Yes it was ordered for me to accuse me of existing damage and ***** my money. WHAT damage did I cause to that already damaged ****** mess. I want my deposit back

She did NOT do an outside inspection upon pick up or return She told it was damaged but wrote damage free on the voucher she made me sign the voucher upon return I did NOT receive a exchange voucher from her. She did NO inspection of the exterior because she was in too much of a hurry to go home She showed the boot spare wheel & interior and admitted to existing damages to the car thats why she refused to give me the one I asked for which was parked there. Don't lie along with her. I will not carry the burden of damage I cause to any car at my age I had insurance so don't ****** try and pretend that she is right knowing very well she ISN'T Even on the day I took back the car she looked at the boot to check if the spare wheel was there & nothing else because she was aware of the damage on the exterior.
