All gone wrong right from the very beginning of making my booking. I used the android app and booked a month in advance. The app total being R1608,52 and my reference 2***-ZA-2. Now if u add the deposit of R2000 and add the 2, u get R3608,52 Anyway the final amount came to R4225.86 because of xtras. On the day of returning the vehicle, i decided to keep it another 3 days. So i went into the Avis office in Port Afred and swiped for the difference of R1640,00. Those amounts come off my account availability to withdraw immediately, as u dealing with a cheque card and not credit card. Over a week still waiting for my deposit refund of R2000 and a bit. Now a week later expecting my refund, i got a sms notifying me of Avis debiting more money from my account of R3828,99. What the hell i bought ur vehicle back in one piece, the way i received it. I call that ***** and this will get serious if not sorted ASAP. Get this, they phoned me just a day be4 this drama began to do their survey and get high marks. Then only a day later to ***** more money from my account. Beware aware folks, their mathematics sucks. I think whoevers handling ur books, needs to disappear faster than u will.<br> ..
