My deposit was also only released back a full 5 days after I returned the car after I was told multiple times that it takes only up to 48 hours. i was asked for evidence that i returned the car with a full tank.. so if you want to deal with these ******* make sure you have photo evidence of everything.. your slips, the time you return the car and the mileage of the car when you return it.
