These guys are out to ***** your money. I will Gladly point out why I say so.

1. They tell you that they provide you with a full tank of petrol when collecting the car and that they expect you to fill it up before you return it. Well i did exactly that. I drove 275 km with the car, and the fill up was R670-00. RED LIGHT THE CAR WAS NOT FULL WHEN I GOT IT.

I confronted them about it. They are very cheecky in telling you our policy states we do not fill up with air lock it is in our "POLICY". Well why dont you tell me that when i need to fill the car? BECAUSE YOU ARE *******! This is not the first time renting a car from them so to add to this my previous issues. Thw previous time i filled the car wuth no air lock. They then just deducted money from my deposit because the car was net filled with airlock.

I dont get these double standards. They are out to ***** your money one way or another. You can ot win they just ignore you.

2. After returning the car it did not take the guy 5 mins to find a scratch underneath the car close to the left front wheel. That scranch is as long as the diameter of a 10c. Obviously they knew about that scratch finding it that quick telling me i damaged the car. Keep in mind these cars dont have any mud guards to protect the cars from small pieces of tar or rocks or what ever the case may be so even the staff driving the cars from the fuel depot to parking and damage the car they blame it on the renter. So after refusing to sign for the damage the just send me a sms with a bill of over R2000-00. R2214.35 to be exact. Exvl vat.

IF YOU EVER WANT TO RENT A CAR FORGET ABOUT THESE GUYS. I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY. YOU ARE GIVING THEM THE "DEPOSIT" AS THEY CALL IT. THEY MEAN ***** YOUR NOT GETTING IT BACK.
