THEY DON'T REFUSAL TO RELEASE DEPOSIT HOLD AFTER RETURNING THE CAR
I hired a car on the 12th off September 2024 at 15:39, 13th of September 2024 09:00am I returned the car. To They checked everything and the car, all was in order. Since then I am still waiting for my deposit. Today is the 27th of September 2024 my deposit still mot refunded. I have been calling them all week since Monday and they first said they released it, phoned my bank and was told that was a lie

Avis refuses to give me my money back! I have been calling everyday and being told different excuses, some telling me “we deposited the money in your bank account”. I am tired of calling everyday demanding my money!
All you do is ask for the agreement number and come up with more lies and even blame it on where i bank knowing fully well you banked my money and won’t release it!!!
