They debit your finds immediately - but you wait

We hired a car at the Port Elizabeth Airport through Budget Car Hire which is now under AVIS and that is where we got the car from. It is ridiculous how you are expected to immediately debit and hold your funds, but they don't release the funds immediately when you return the car on time, clean and filled up.<br> <br> We hired this car on Saturday morning (21 March 2015) - Sunday afternoon (22 March 2015).
