They cancel and no refund

<p>I booked a car online for the 7 days and paid for it. Now I go there to collect and these guys at Pretoria Downtown cancel my reservation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then hen ask for my money back and they said it will take 15 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left there in disappointment and went to Europcar and it took less than 2mins to get a similar car. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now or I just want my money back on time to cover for the one I rented.</p> <p> </p> <p>my reservation number is 2 ********** -ZA-2 PP</p>
