The worst service ever from saleslady and the manager.

I had bought at May 2019 a VW Polo Tsi from Avis carsales in Bloemfontein. I paid cash for the vehicle. I also bought an extra Service warranty plan from the saleslady for which I paid R8000 extra. She told me that this plan was for up to 90,000km. When receiving my vehicle, I never got any buying documents or proof of service plan. After asking her, she told me that service plan was on computor, and she will e mail me all the documents for buying the car plus service plan. It is more than two years later, nothing. I called several times, and contact the manager, Wynand Rautenbach, but no feedback from them. That is the worst service ever. If you bought they finish with you as buyer. According to Volkswagen service agents, the service plan was only for up to 45,000km. How trustworthy is Avis Blowmfontein, by not responding to my querries and no documentation. I will definetely not recommend Bloemfontein Avis Carsales to anybody. I also bought previously from the Boksburg branch, and their service was excellent, not the poor service of Bloemfontein saleslady or manager. I want answers and my paperwork please, not only registration paper on the day of delivery. The registration paper is the only proof I have from them.
