The worst company in the world!

After having paid for my car in the USA up front, I was charged another $400.00 by Gary in Boca Raton, who COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME WHY ANOTHER $400.00 WAS CHARGED! After phoning Avis I was assured I would get a refund, but 6 weeks later and many phone calls later - NOTHING!
