I booked a group B car for pickup Friday as I recently do weekly this time I was specific that I want a VW Polo TSI and I was not interested in stories about not having them in stock or whatever excuse they might have so you can imagine I was not in the best moods when they told me they still don’t have on the floor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I manage a customer service team myself and I know how difficult clients can make your day and I know what I deserve as a paying client, The affords they took to go the extra mile to find me what I was adamant I deserve was remarkable, I took over an hour and half while they try their level best to meet my unreasonable demands and I noticed the abuse they get from clients that cannot get what they want, It is shocking but what is amazing about that is their ability to thrive through all that and still be able to give every client the best service and smiles that this country’s customer service community can learn from. I was beyond captivated and my year was made. I would especially like to commend Karabo Tshukutsoane and Lebo Pongola for their professionalism and superlative s****s.</p>
