Terrible service / Possibility of theft

<p>Last Thursday we drove from JHB to Nelspruit airport and left the car there on 15/09, that evening I relaized i forgot my sunglasses in the rental car, i phoned the KLM airport early on friday to go and check for my sunglasses and to phone me back, i have now phoned numerous times, and everytime im speaking to a new person and are told they'll call me back! i want my sunglasses bac**** im starting to think one of the staff member took it for themselves since no-one is calling me back!!</p>
