Terrible service ***** *******

I got a courtesy car from avis ontdekkers. After 5 days I returned it cis my panelbeater informed me car was fixed and ready for collection. When I got the courtesy car the white pregnant lady who assisted me told me they only have that courtesy available. There was a windscreen crack which she informed me they were well aware of it. My boyfriend also asked her n she said they know about it. I told her I don't want issues when I come for my deposit she said there will be no issues. On returning the car I got a sms from a very rude individual. Gugulethu.Zwane she dropped the phone on my ear. I went to avis ontdekkers and that woman said we should have made sure she wrote down that the windscreen is cracked. In the footage u can see us asking about the windscreen. I will not pay the R3500 they are now forcing me to pay. I will go to the papers and whoever else will hear how Avis rips people off.
