Terrible service, deposit still bot paid out after two months!!!!

On the 17 July I hired a car at Avis and was told the deposit would be paid back into my account between 7 to 30 days. To date I have not received the deposit back and it appears as though no one is competent enough to know how the refunds procedure works. I have been in contact with Avis JHB CBD where I hired the car and i have been sent all around, even contacted the avis national customer line of which I didnt receive any response. I called the CBD office last week where an email was sent to Nedbank and they also couldnt assist. No one has dates of when the money was transferred into my account and i was told my deposit of R 2000+ would now come back as 784*. Such incompetence!!! its now been 2 full months and counting... I am so dissatisfied about the service. these people dont know what they doing!
