terrible service

Avis took my money ,I did not do a booking with them now they are refusing to reimburse me.I was in Joburg why would I book for a car in Durban. when Im in Joburg I called their call centre line the confirmed they will call me back .no one has called me back to explain what is happening all i want is my money back
