Terrible service

I was at your Randburg branch and got the worst service ever. there was a lady @ the front desk who had such a bad attitude and just did not want to help. I asked for assistance for a different car and to check your other branches and she just shock her head and said that they dont have. Now i have just been involved in an accident and now i must go looking for which branch have a vehicle available for me. this is not the service i except from a world class organization. I have just been thru a very bad accident still in shock and dont have a car. My insurance has given me a ref number for the car but Avis Randburg wont even help me get the car i needed even after me saying that i am willing to pay the difference. <br> Please can someone contact me. ***
