Terrible service-

So it turns out, that they rent you a faulty car when taking through insurance and then take more money when your report a breakdown. Money was debited from my account with no courtesy call whatsoever. Just an sms with charges. No follow up. No report, no assessment, no feedback as a courtesy. Baseless charges.
