Terrible service

<p>I have booked a car with Cartrawler and specifically wrote on that I do not have a credit card, but after I had made a payment of R5703.06 I was then sent an email saying that I can collect the car at AVIS but I must have a credit card , I then cancelled and requested my refund because I do not have a credit card and would book through another Agency which accepts Debit payment.I spoke to a lady in the morning who is in reception at AVIS but she said she will request my refund and send me an email but I had to call again at 4pm to ask what the feedback is as she didnt come back to me then she tells me to call rental.com then hung up on me.</p> <p>I therefore requested my refund and I have been taken from pillar to post and have not received any assistance, I want my refund so I can book with another agency as I need the car ASAP!!!</p>
