Terrible Service

<p>I hired a car from Avis Downtown East London on the 25th May 2016,through my insurance. (reservation number ********** 6ZA3). I paid a refundable deposit of R1200 (in cash) the same morning before I took the car. I returned the car on the 14 June 2016 @8am, and I was advised that I will receive my deposit within 7days. Today I called to follow up on the payment and was advised by the call centr that my deposit has not yet been processed, and that I must wait another 7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p>
