TERRIBLE SERVE - GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK

Very frsutrated with AVIS.

There service is rude and below par. I have been waiting 17 days now for a refund of my deposit. Somone keyed the rental car which i now have to pay for. Fine but then give me the difference of my deposit and the charge back. i was told 5-7 days and now im going close on 3 weeks. The charge for repair has been emailed to me after being on the phone for ages with a useless call centre agent who couldnt tell me when i would get my money back.

I will do everything i can to try and avoid using avis in the future
