Terrible!! Never Again

<p>Outsurance gave me an Avis rental while my car was in for repairs. Avis told me upon return they would refund my fuel deposit within 48 hours. A week later they now state that there is damages to the car, which is not the case as the car was received back in the same condition as received and confirmed by the Avis agent whom took posession of it. Its been days now of calls and emails and nothing is being resolved. I am extremely unhappy and appalled at the lack of service and dishonesty from Avis. I will never use the again. And if Outsurance will not change them as a service provider, I will take my business elsewhere. </p>
