Terrible experience with a vehicle
I recently recently rented a vehicle in Cape Town and found some
issues with this car. I reported this to the Avis employee who
received my car on it's return and he said there will be feedback. I
have not heard anything from Avis as yet, nor have my comments on
Twitter been responded to. Please see my issues and reports below:

- On return I was told that the agreement showed a different
registration to the one I had returned. When I received the car
initially I was told it was an automatic but this was a manual. The
person who completed the initial checks with me told me not to worry
and that this happens at times.
- The car was due for a service
- There was a significantly lack of power in the vehicle. I would have expected the same
power, this car was extremely sluggish throughout the trip, despite it
only having 15000km
- Alignment and balancing was faulty. The vehicle vibrated at 80km/h
and the steering wheel had to held at a slight angle when driving in a
straight line. The vibration issue was terrible.
- The boot did not lock at times, even though the car was completely
locked.This is my biggest complaint.

I am awaiting your feedback and response to these issues.
