TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVIS BLOEMFONTEIN

I experienced the worst service from the Avis in Bloemfontein. I paid a deposit of R1500 and returned the car in good and I got the worst treatment from a lady that works there, upon me enquiring about the deposit.

I don't understand why It should take 7 working days to return a deposit, when I've been refunded in 48 hours.
