Terrible customer service!!!

Manase Sebata,the senior administrator receivables at Avis is unprofessional, condescending and rude. From the first interaction I had when he sent an sms and called to inform me about an outstanding amount for a damage they **********ly claimed that I had caused. He was loud and all because I inquired about the supposed damage,which I disputed and won by the way, cause they are clearly ***********.

I emailed him requesting a written confirmation that I had concluded my business with Avis,and he called to say it wasn’t clear what I wanted,when he knew exactly what I wanted- an invoice stating that the amount due is R0.00. How he is even a manager of anything is appalling to me. What an imbecile

One thing for sure,if that is the kind of representatives that Avis has,you will lose more customers who got the same experience that I got
