Terrible Avis

Avis car rentals has been nothing but very frustrating and annoying. I was involved n a car accident in January and my insurance company provided a avis rental as my courtesy car. I picked the car up in KZN and returned to Gauteng with it. The Pietermaritzburg branch advised that I will be liable for a "one way" fee if the ehiclebwas returned to another branch. Avis then charged me for this when I returned the vehicle in Gauteng. I referred this to my insurance company who then advised Avis to refund me as this will be covered by them. Weeks after Avis refunded me, they went on to debit my account again without my consent or approval. I was then asked to send a copy of my bank statement showing that I had been charged again- how terrible is it that their records don't show this. I sent everything through but still haven't received my money. Avis had no authority to access my account for a second time but still did.
