Terrible attitude from Avis staffer

Called in to reserve a car and was met with the most disgusting attitude from an AVIS employee. His name is Innocent Nonguki. He was so rude and even hung up on me when I confronted him about his tone and attitude. This cant be how you treat the few customers you are getting during this lockdown.
