Terrbile service from Avisa

I rented a vehicle in January, and they told me that after 21 days they will they will clear all holds on my account, until this day April 2025 I cannot use my account as they still have pending trasnactions and they are showing online authorizations on a negative. After multiple calls I could not get any assiatnce until I have to drive to Or Tambo and spoke with Lungile H. who did not assist me but told me she will let the merchant know to clear the uncleard amounts. few weeks have passed and I have been asking for updates with no response. This is very unprofessional and terrible service from Avis. I want to use my account and I can't because of them.
