TAKING MONEY (*****ING)

I am so mad with this company - i pay a R1200 depostt - i look at my bank statement and they take an additionAL 950 - i phone and ask why - no they say they take what you owe and then pay back 48 hours after the 1200 - no statement - no mail - no phone call -NO CLIENT SERVICE. They charge me for a valet - i made sure that car was clean before I sent it back there wher no marks on the seats and a bit of sand on the floor from that day - a mere vacum that is all they needed to do - i did not have the car for even 2 weeks - I want my money back - they made my account go overdraft - who is going to pay that fee - i want answers by end of day today - send 09h:12min 10 January 2015 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE - SORRY NO SERVICE
