Taking customers money under false pretences

My experience with Avis showed me that a customer's money is withheld under misleading information. Avis manages to benefit from interest on borrowed money under the impression of making cars available then not returning the funds on time. We as the customers are ******* into lending money to Avis, not for the rental car only. The funds are withheld past all expiry dates promised. Breaking agreements by not returning funds within the time frames agreed to openly shows Avis is making money by gaining interest on clients funds. Will they refund us with that interest? We are not only servicing the rental cars but are used *********ly for financial investment purposes. That is ***** to withhold customer's funds and make money out of it for purposes not agreed to. Even worse, upon enquiry the customer has to be a part of the administrative process between the bank and Avis. Note we are not interested on the admin of your company. We do have our own jobs to focus on and Avis is just there to render a service. You got you money paid on time so return mine on time.
