Takes money out of my account with no proof of a fine?

Get a fine of R200 in the Avis rental car apparently, I have no proof of this as of yet, but already they take R325 from your account for a "ADMIN" fee. This is a joke, the admin fee is more than the actual fine? Fair enough, if I have to pay the fine I will, but now suddenly a R200 fine becomes R525?? I don't see the admin adding up to R325.

Never in my life will I use Avis again and I will ensure no one I know will ever use them either, and that includes business trips.
