I took my wife's car to the panel beaters for a repair. i was arranged a car by my insurance company through AVIS where i had to pay R1200.00 deposit/ holding deposit for the vehicle. i was done with the vehicle and left it at the panel beaters as instructed by AVIS. They then collected the vehicle and drove it back to their branch in Isando. where they had gone through 2 x gantries but then debit my account with the charges for the E tolls. the incident happened they day after a got my wife's car back but am told that it was me who went through them. please tell me how i am supposed to do that when the car is no longer in my possession? it has now been 6 days later and i have still not received my deposit back from AVIS. as well as the debit they just helped themselves to.
