Super Service

We travel a lot and hiring cars is something we do on a monthly basis, and in general we're used to being treated like a number. Well, this was a different experience for us. This is our first time using Avis and what a pleasure. Your staff were so friendly and helpful (even sharing information with us about road construction and other vital info about our journey). What I thought was a lovely touch was a courtesy call from your manager (I presume) to check that we had arrived safely and that all was ok. You'll definitely be seeing us again, and you'll also be seeing some of our friends quite soon too.
