*****S!!!!!*****ulent transactions that are refunded when they realise they have been caught out.

I am know I am shouting at the wind but I cannot just let this be. I am a supposed preferred member on Avis and rent vehicles from them way too often. I find it sad to downright ******** that these companies are allowed to deduct funds for which we have to phone and argue for days before they realise that they have been caught out and then offer a refund.

In this instance I was charged R480 for toll fees. The car did not even have an e-tag in it. I drove the vehicle for one day in and around Cape Town ( No toll roads). This is plainly ********. They are *****s
