Strike 3 and your out!!!

On returning a rental vehicle I indicated to the receiving person that the vehicle was filled before dropping it off. He supposedly made a note of it.<br> <br> A few days later I am charged for fuel on my credit card, on raising a query I have to submit documents, etc. I also have a photography of the fuel gauge. It will now take them 3 days to investigate. Not sure how long the refund will take.<br> <br> Also an amount of R 371.67 was paid for the refill, the charge raise by Avis - R 452.55!!<br> <br> Obviously this is how they raise their profitability.<br> <br> This is the third instance of this type of charge. Strike 3 - your out. I will return my Wizard Card!!<br> <br> Also don't cut and paste your normal response!!
