STOP DEBITING CREDIT CARD AS YOU PLEASE

I had car hire with Avis and the courtesy car was involved in a hail storm as I was about to deliver the vehicle, I informed Avis about this and they promised to send me an invoice for me to make payment arrangements with them. Avis keeps on trying to debit my credit card four times a day without my permission causing my crefit scoring to be negatively affected and I have to pay bank charges for this. I have requested an invoice from them on numerous occasions and was promised by Natasha that they will send me one. I want to pay them but I cannot do that without an invoice as I have paid an access waiver to carsure and Carsure needs the invoice in order to waiver my access after I paid Avis. It's not like I am refusing to pay . I am just requesting an invoice . I am charged bank charges every time you try to debit my credit card. I do not want to make the payment through my credit card so please Avis allow me to pay you all the money as I wish to via electronic fund transfer .I am just want the invoice, why is this so difficult for you to do
