****** Refund

In April I got a rental car from my insurance as my car went in for repairs, I paid the holding deposit to Avis which is supposed to be returned back after 10 days of returning the rental car, the car was returned to Avis 3 weeks ago and I have been dealing with Felicity from the Soweto Branch, and to date I still have had no refund of my money, I have been calling Avis every second day & I get no positive feedback and no feedback @ all unless I am the one initiating the call. All I get is that my details have been sent to the "bank" for a refund which is yet to happen not sure which year. Avis can I please have my refund back as I have returned your car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
