Stink and Poor Service

I visited the above mentioned Car rental company in East London, in my surprise the branch was full with no direction as to what is what. People were waiting in couches, after 10 m of waiting I decided to go and ask on the counters and the gentleman who is crossed eyed answered with stinky attitude saying he was busy with other customers while when I approached him there was no one who was currently attended by him. I kept waiting and literally i ended up waited 40 to 50 minutes before i was attended. As if the wait was not enough the gentleman stepped outside and saw the car that was there to drop me parked by the door and he started shouting saying "Who is this car that is parked here" i had the guard answering and he came back to the house to ask the same question and I answered and he had a follow up question " didn't you here when I was shouting outside?" I sad "No" he said I need to remove the car and I did. All the above incidents are normal incidents with right attitude , but in this case he was not professional, compassionate and respectful.
