Still waiting on spare wheel and boot cover!

On the 9th of October 2015 I purchased a Ford figo 1.4 Ambiente. The dealer (Tshepo Malepe) told me that the car had no spare wheel but he would make sure that he would get it for me within a weeks time. I also told him to get me a boot cover because the boot was just hollow. He promised to deliver both to me and since then I have not received anything. He had kept in communication with me in the beginning but all I got was false promises until I eventually got no feedback from him. My mother even went personally there to speak to the manager about this issue but they still have not delivered or tried to contact me for that matter. I am highly disappointed as a first time buyer of a vehicle. Even when I think back to when I first purchased my car, I had to complain about a couple of things like the drivers window was stiff, my wipers were old. luckily they did get those things repaired for me but weren't those things supposed to be checked before the car was sold to me? I have no car mats either and a spare key which does not work properly but I was never told about this. My first experience of buying a car at Avis has left me with great disappointment and ONLY REGRET!!!
