Still waiting for my Refund & Bad Attitude

I made a booking for a car through EBucks Travel and put the driver details and payer details on the reservation and made the payment.

I got an Avis Booking Reference (AVP***7ZA4) to pick-up the car from your Vanderbijlpark Branch. When I went to pick up the Vehicle there was a misunderstanding that occurred as the Driver had a card that didn’t display his name on the card although the card was his they required that.

We then had to cancel the reservation and till today I have not gotten my money back. The worse part was attitude of the guy that was helping us. He was rude and not willing to help. We could have gladly paid the R400 extra to add the driver as an additional driver and kept our reservation but with attitude like that why would I even bother.

All I want now is my refund and till today nothing has been paid back.
