Still waiting for money to be released

<p>I rented a car 2 weeks ago, phone 5 times, spoke to 4 different people at Avis Car Rental and everytime I get told that it will take another 48 hours before they release the money. Neither FNB nor Avis Car Rentals seem to be able to assist me.</p>
