Still waiting for feedback and my funds

I am still awaiting funds to be released by Avis car hire, the rental vehicle was taken last month and the funds are still not released, no feedback what's so ever even provided to me, I don't know how many times a person must request for a query to be followed up on.<br> The rental agreement number is *** the service I am receiving is disappointing because I keep having to do the same thing before my query gets taken seriously.<br> Please resolve!
