Still waiting!

It's been 3 weeks that I have been waiting for deposit to be released. I have made 9 calls to Avis and the supervisor was not available. I'm still waiting for his call! Avis said contact the bank and the bank says contact Avis. I have been doing rentals with Avis for a long time but to wait for a deposit for 3 weeks is unexceptional. They did didactic the invoice amount of the rental 2 weeks ago. I hope I can finalize this.
