Still no deposit refund after almost 3 weeks

<p>I returned my Insurance sponsored AVIS rental car on the 25th of July.</p> <p>Subsequently I have not been refunded the Deposit</p> <p>Upon querrying it on Monday 4th, the said it was a system fault and would action it manually within 24hrs</p> <p>Wednesday I send a mail with the reference number provided - e ********** 16. And still no reply or refund!</p> <p>2 Weeks overdue is really not acceptable!</p>
