My vehicle went for panel beating and was supposed to have a rental delivered to the panelbeaters on the 24th November. Upon querying where the vehicle was, I was told that they forgot and will deliver to my work place later that day. I had to find my own way to work which is not the easiest as I work in an industrial area that doesn't have public transport. When the vehicle was delivered, I hastily went through the inspection and didn't notice tyre damage. on using the vehicle that evening, I noticed the radio didn't work. I reported it the next morning and the vehicle was replaced. On the exchange, Tyre damage was noticed which was agreed by myself and Mandla that it was not \fresh"or new damage. I have now lost my whole deposit because Avis delivered a defective vehicle. This is not the first time I have lost money because of Avis's theft policy and not the first story I have heard regarding this. I will never use them again and will canvas that nobody else I know to use avis. Their M.O. is ******ing peoples money and their staff e.g Mbali and Mandla are well trained at doing just that."""
