*****ING MONEY

I was told by the consultant at AVIS desk in Cape Town that when I return the car AVIS will release the hold on the transaction deposit I made and it will be done the very same day... I did not want to take the car at first and rather use Uber as it would have worked out cheaper... i told the lady is she sure cause i need the money paid asap, living expense is not cheap in SA and she said she promise it will be paid on the Friday once i return the car... its Saturday... AVIS does not answer their calls been on hold for 20 minutes and no1 wants to help get my money back!!
