Stay away from AVIS or you will lose your money

Day light ******s, stay away. You'll lose your money I hired a car with AVIS Pretoria on the 25 of September 2020. Using my bank card two amounts where deducted R4460.98 + R7500 which I was told it's the holding fees. I returned the car on Monday the 28th. A few days later got an invoice and the invoice amount was deducted from my account as well. I've been going back and forth with the customer service trying to get my refund, till today over two months has passed and I have not received a cent. Their customer support is useless as they don't answer phones and refer you to email. Their email response is always the same, they claim that the funds have been released. I've follow up many times but still nothing.
